Acquisitions and Asset Management
Nearon Enterprises has acquired approximately $500 million of industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties since 1999. Our focus is on well-located properties, primarily located in the Western United States. Our objective is to add value through physical improvements to the properties, aggressive management and leasing, and creative financing strategies. In addition to acquisition and management, Nearon prides itself in timely dispositions which allow our company to re-invest capital into properties which have greater upside potential.

We have participated in numerous joint ventures, acting both as the limited partner as well as the sponsor or managing member. Our business partners are among the leaders in their respective fields of expertise, including retail, multifamily, industrial and self-storage.
