David S. Christensen
Co-President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Christensen joined Nearon Enterprises in May 1993. From 1985 until 1992, he was with Bechtel Investments Realty in San Francisco where he was Manager of Acquisitions. Mr. Christensen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning from Brigham Young University in 1980 and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management in 1985. Mr. Christensen serves as a trustee and is a member of the company's board of directors.
Gregory B. Chabolla
Co-President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chabolla joined Nearon Enterprises in May 1993. From 1985 until 1993, he was Vice President, Investment Banking with The First Boston Corporation in New York and Los Angeles. He was also with Bain & Company, a management consulting firm in Boston. He received an A. B. in Economics from Stanford University in 1981 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Yale School of Management in 1985. Mr. Chabolla serves as a trustee and is a member of the company's board of directors.
Tony Perino
Executive Vice President
Mr. Perino is responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, and asset management.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Perino's professional background included real estate consulting, real estate corporate strategy, acquisitions, and asset management.
Mr. Perino is a graduate of University of the Pacific with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Economics and The Anderson School at UCLA with an MBA.
Mr. Perino is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the San Francisco Chapter of NAIOP.
Dan Rosenbaum
Vice President
Dan Rosenbaum is Vice President for Nearon Enterprises, where his principal activities are the acquisition of development, value-add and leased investments in the Greater Silicon Valley. In addition, Mr. Rosenbaum is responsible for asset management and disposition of both newly purchased and existing properties.
Prior to joining Nearon Enterprises, Mr. Rosenbaum was the Executive Vice President of Acquisition and Development for South Bay Development Company, located in Campbell, California. During his seven year tenure, Mr. Rosenbaum was principally involved in nineteen projects in Northern California in which thirty-eight buildings totaling over 2.7 Million Square Feet and sixty-seven acres were acquired, developed or entitled and later sold. Mr. Rosenbaum also spent over nine years as a construction lender for Union Bank and later Comerica Bank, ending as the Assistant Group Manager for Northern California.
Mr. Rosenbaum is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Minors in Communications and Statistics. He served as the President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NAIOP in 2007.
