Mr. Rosenbaum seeks new acquisition opportunities and performs development, leasing, financing and asset management activities for a variety of properties.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rosenbaum's professional background included commercial real estate lending with two major California banks, development, acquisition, leasing and asset management.

Mr. Rosenbaum is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Minors in Communications and Statistics. He served as the President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NAIOP in 2007, and currently is a member of the Board of Directors for that chapter, as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
