Nearon Enterprises currently owns and manages approximately 4.5 million square feet of commercial real estate assets, principally located in California, Utah, Colorado, Hawaii and four other states.

Properties includes office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets along with land and mixed-use properties. Because of its varied expertise and simple structure, Nearon Enterprises has the flexibility to look at a wide variety of investment opportunities and enter into innovative deal structures.
